Regency Duchess Valance

American made, this Regency Duchess two piece swag valance by Ellis Curtains is a fully lined medium-scale Jacobean floral print window topper with a scalloped bottom edge embellished with twisted rope trim. Choose yours in blue, grey, navy or antique shade from The Curtain Shop.

The generous 100-inch width is designed to to fit a standard single window for a beautifully gathered look. For wider windows, add the Duchess Insert Valance between the two swag pieces.  other features include 30 inch long sides and 15 inch long center (matching up perfectly with the Duchess Insert Valance).  The 3-inch pocket rod will fit a 2 -1/2-inch diameter continental curtain rod; header is two inches. The fabric is 100 percent cotton.
