Made in America, Sakura Scallop Valance is a gorgeous medium scale pattern design in aqua tones with green and grey accent on an ivory ground. Fabric is a cotton blend. It measures 52 inches wide and 15 inches long, including the three inch rod pocket. Fully lined in high quality Ivory lining material. Use a 2-1/2″ flat continental rod or up to 1-1/2 inch diameter round decorative rod.
