Winnie Parchment Double Scalloped Valance features a 100% Cotton all over floral and stem design on the lined top layer, and is perfectly accented with a bold stripe fabric on the bottom layer of this unique style.

Made in America of 100% Cotton and lined in a high quality white lining material.

The valance measures 50 inches wide and fits a standard single window.  Use a continental rod for hanging.  This valance is made to fit across the window curtain rod with little to no pleating or gathering.
